At GoldHearted Jewelry LLC, we want customers to feel confident purchasing our work. Because we sell a combination of standard collection pieces, made-to-order jewelry, personalized jewelry, and fully custom commissions, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

Please contact GoldHearted before shipping any jewelry back. Do not send a return to an address without first receiving return instructions from GoldHearted.

STANDARD GOLDHEARTED JEWELRY

Standard GoldHearted collection pieces that have not been customized or personalized may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

This includes standard catalog pieces that were already in stock as well as standard GoldHearted collection designs produced on a preorder or made-to-order basis, unless the product was clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

• The jewelry must not have been worn beyond a reasonable try-on.

• The jewelry must not have been altered, resized, engraved, modified, damaged, or repaired by another jeweler.

• No stones or jewelry components may be missing.

• All jewelry components originally included with the order must be returned.

• Proof of purchase or another method allowing GoldHearted to verify the original order is required.

• Pierced earrings must be unworn and must not have been inserted into the ear unless the return relates to a defect or an incorrect order.

GoldHearted may inspect all returned jewelry before approving a refund.

Normal shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by GoldHearted or an approved defective/damaged-item claim.

Unless GoldHearted confirms otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe delivery of an ordinary return to GoldHearted. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

GoldHearted does not charge a restocking fee for an approved standard return.

The time it takes for a refund to appear after GoldHearted issues it depends on the customer's bank or payment provider.

SALE ITEMS

Standard, non-custom merchandise purchased on sale remains eligible under the 14-day return policy unless the item was clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

Items marked Final Sale before purchase are not eligible for ordinary return except where required by law or where the item qualifies for an approved defect, damage, or incorrect-order claim.

CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, ALTERED, OR ENGRAVED JEWELRY

The following are generally Final Sale once production begins:

• Fully custom jewelry

• NameChain orders

• Personalized jewelry

• Engraved jewelry

• Customer-requested resized or altered jewelry

• Jewelry manufactured to customer-specific measurements or specifications

• Other pieces materially modified at the customer's request

Custom-order cancellation and deposit rules are explained in the Custom Jewelry & Deposit Terms.

Final Sale does not eliminate a customer's rights where an item:

• arrives damaged,

• contains a verified manufacturing defect,

• is materially different from the customer-approved design,

• is incorrect because of a GoldHearted error, or

• must otherwise be remedied under applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or is materially different from what was ordered or approved, contact GoldHearted as soon as reasonably possible at:

For shipping damage, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and keeping:

• the jewelry,

• original shipping packaging,

• box or mailer,

• labels,

• and any other packaging materials.

GoldHearted may request photographs, video, order information, or return of the piece for inspection.

Depending on the circumstances, GoldHearted may provide an appropriate repair, replacement, correction, refund, or other remedy.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A receipt, Shopify order record, order number, email confirmation, or another purchase-verification method accepted by GoldHearted is required for a normal refund.

If GoldHearted cannot verify the purchase, a refund may be denied.

GOLDHEARTED RECLAIM PROGRAM

GoldHearted understands that precious metals and jewelry can retain value long after the ordinary return period has ended.

Customers who are outside the 14-day return window may request a GoldHearted Reclaim Review.

A Reclaim Review is not an extension of the return policy and does not guarantee a refund, repurchase, exchange, or store credit.

Depending on the jewelry's:

• condition,

• metal content,

• stone content,

• current precious-metal market value,

• repair needs,

• recoverable materials,

• resale potential,

• and other relevant factors,

GoldHearted may voluntarily offer:

• a buyback,

• store credit,

• recycling or precious-metal reclamation,

• paid repair,

• redesign opportunities,

• or another arrangement.

All Reclaim offers are discretionary and must be accepted by both GoldHearted and the customer before the transaction proceeds.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers must receive return instructions from GoldHearted before sending jewelry back.

GoldHearted is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments sent without prior instructions.

For ordinary eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless GoldHearted agrees otherwise.

For a confirmed GoldHearted error or approved workmanship/warranty issue, GoldHearted may provide or reimburse reasonable tracked and insured return shipping.

REFUND ABUSE OR FRAUD

GoldHearted reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, or Reclaim request where there is evidence of:

• fraud,

• chargeback abuse,

• intentional damage,

• altered merchandise,

• substituted merchandise,

• misrepresentation,

• or other abuse of these policies.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

GoldHearted Jewelry LLC reserves the right to update this policy prospectively. The policy applicable to an order will be the policy presented or made available in connection with that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Custom work is reviewed in 3D before production. Once a design is approved and casting, stone setting, enamel, engraving, or finishing begins, changes become much more limited. Fully custom pieces should generally be planned around a four-week production window before shipping, with extra time for unusually complex designs or special sourcing.

International shipping may be added in the future. Any international availability will be separately announced and subject to its own shipping, customs, duties, tax, and return requirements.

PRODUCTION TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

GoldHearted jewelry includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order work.

The time required to produce or prepare an order is separate from the time required for a shipping carrier to transport the package.

An estimated production period does not mean that the package will arrive within that same number of days.

ESTIMATED ORDER TIMELINES

In-Stock GoldHearted Jewelry

In-stock items generally require approximately:

1–3 business days for processing, followed by approximately 2–7 business days of carrier transit.

Preorder or Made-to-Order Collection Jewelry

When existing stock sells out, certain standard GoldHearted collection pieces may be offered on a preorder or made-to-order basis.

These pieces generally require approximately:

7–10 business days for production, followed by approximately 2–7 business days of carrier transit.

Customers should generally allow approximately 2–3 weeks for these orders.

NameChain Orders

After the design is approved and all required production payment has been received, NameChain orders generally require approximately:

5–7 business days for production, followed by approximately 2–7 business days of carrier transit.

Customers should generally allow approximately 2 weeks after final approval/payment.

Fully Custom Jewelry

Fully custom jewelry generally requires approximately:

Up to 10 business days for design/CAD work

plus approximately:

5–7 business days for production

followed by approximately:

2–7 business days of carrier transit.

Customers should generally allow approximately 4 weeks for a fully custom project.

These are estimates, not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL DELAYS

Custom and personalized-project timelines may pause while GoldHearted waits for the customer to provide:

• design approval,

• revision instructions,

• measurements,

• stone or metal selections,

• reference material,

• requested information,

• required payments,

• or another decision necessary to continue work.

Customer delays may move the estimated completion or delivery date.

REQUESTED EVENT DATES

Customers may tell GoldHearted about a birthday, wedding, vacation, performance, holiday, event, or other target date.

A requested date is not guaranteed unless GoldHearted specifically confirms that deadline in writing.

A date selected in a custom-order or NameChain form is a requested target only.

Please do not assume that an event deadline has been accepted unless GoldHearted expressly confirms it.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

GoldHearted expects to use FedEx as a primary carrier initially, but may use FedEx, UPS, USPS, another reputable carrier, or a specialized high-value jewelry shipping service depending on:

• destination,

• package value,

• insurance availability,

• security,

• cost,

• and service availability.

The carrier used for a particular order may therefore vary.

TRACKING AND INSURANCE

Shipped jewelry will be sent with tracking.

GoldHearted intends to insure shipped orders for their appropriate shipment value through available carrier, Shopify, third-party insurance, or specialized high-value coverage as appropriate.

High-value shipments may require additional security procedures.

SIGNATURE AND HIGH-VALUE DELIVERY

GoldHearted may apply the following general shipping safeguards:

Orders under $500:
Tracked and insured shipping.

Orders from $500 through $1,499:
Tracked and insured shipping with Direct Signature Required or a comparable secure-delivery service.

Orders of $1,500 or more:
Tracked and insured shipping with Direct Signature Required, secure pickup, FedEx Hold at Location, identity verification, or another high-value delivery method selected by GoldHearted.

Orders above $5,000:
Shipping arrangements may be individually reviewed and may use a specialized high-value jewelry shipping or insurance service.

GoldHearted may use stricter delivery protection on any order where fraud risk, location, value, insurance requirements, or other circumstances justify additional security.

ID OR SECURE PICKUP

Certain high-value orders may be directed to a secure carrier pickup location.

Where the carrier requires identification, the recipient must provide identification meeting that carrier's requirements.

A customer who cannot satisfy a carrier's identification requirements should contact GoldHearted before placing or finalizing a high-value order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Depending on the carrier or order value, GoldHearted may require a physical street address rather than a P.O. Box.

If you notice an address error, contact GoldHearted immediately.

GoldHearted will attempt to correct an address before shipment when reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a label has been created or the package has entered a carrier's network.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

GoldHearted is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to GoldHearted because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, security events, peak-season volume, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions can affect delivery.

GoldHearted will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier issues but cannot guarantee a carrier's delivery date unless GoldHearted has separately accepted a guaranteed deadline in writing.

PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact GoldHearted promptly.

GoldHearted may ask the customer to:

• verify the shipping address,

• check the delivery area,

• check with household members or building staff,

• contact the carrier,

• provide documentation,

• or cooperate with a carrier or insurance investigation.

GoldHearted will assist with legitimate missing-shipment investigations.

A replacement or refund is not automatically issued solely because a customer reports a package missing after a carrier has marked it delivered. The appropriate resolution may depend on the results of the carrier and/or insurance investigation and applicable law.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact GoldHearted as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain:

• the jewelry,

• packaging,

• shipping box or mailer,

• labels,

• and packing materials.

GoldHearted or its insurer/carrier may require photographs or inspection before a claim can be completed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any shipping charge owed by the customer will be shown during checkout or otherwise communicated before payment.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable on ordinary returns.

This does not apply where GoldHearted agrees otherwise because of a GoldHearted error, covered defect, approved warranty issue, or applicable law.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

For packages requiring a signature or secure pickup, failure to sign for or retrieve a package may result in the package being returned to GoldHearted.

If an otherwise valid order is returned because the customer failed to accept or retrieve delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

GoldHearted Jewelry LLC reserves the right to update this policy prospectively as shipping carriers, insurance programs, fulfillment procedures, or service areas change.
