I do. Every GoldHearted design starts with me digitally. My background is in 3D design, character work, and animation, so I model and sculpt the piece before production. I don’t pretend I do every trade alone—I work with skilled casters, bench jewelers, setters, and other partners when it’s time to turn the digital work into finished jewelry.

I’m planning to open Custom Grillz in December 2026. I’m using the time before launch to get the fit process right—impressions, molds, tooth coverage, comfort, finishing, and stone layouts. I’d rather launch it correctly than rush it because the page looks ready.

There isn’t one fake turnaround number for everything. Many made-to-order pieces are around 2–2.5 weeks before shipping, and the product page will tell you when that applies. Fully custom work can take longer because 3D design, revisions, casting, enamel, stone setting, and finishing all add real production time. I’ll give you a timeline based on the actual piece.

Shipping starts after the piece is finished—not when the order is placed. Made-to-order production time and transit time are separate. When your piece is ready to leave, the shipping method and final details are confirmed with the order.

Store pieces separately when you can, keep them away from harsh chemicals, and use a soft cloth for routine cleaning. Diamonds, gemstones, enamel, and specialty finishes can need different care, so I’ll call that out when a piece needs something specific.
